Enjoy the rest and relaxation of a 7 day Ubud Serenity Pampering and Wellness Week in Ubud, then travel via ferry with Jo to the nearby island of Nusa Lembongan for a 3 day island experience.
Ubud Serenity Tours was started by long-time Bali enthusiasts, Jo and Amanda, as a way of sharing their beloved Ubud with women, 40-plus, during a bespoke itinerary of world-class yoga, indulgent spa treatments, and fabulous healthy food.
Jo and Amanda have had extensive experience pampering themselves in the tropical paradise of Bali and, between them, have clocked up many hours of yoga classes, massages and spa-treatments!
In their 50’s, Jo and Amanda understand what women of a certain age want and would love to share their secrets of Ubud on a tour designed to leave you feeling blissfully relaxed, restored and renewed.

Join a group of fabulous, like-minded women for a week of nurturing and sharing, fun and connection. There’ll be plenty of opportunity for inner contemplation and chill time by the pool as well as coming together as a group to spend time recharging mind and body while sharing stories, experiences and lots of laughter.
Jo, as your guide, will be there to support you from the time you touch down at Bali airport through to all your daily activities. Your itinerary and transport, meals and accommodation have all been handpicked and organised so you just have to turn up and enjoy, free of any stress and hassle. Feel safe and cared for whether you’re joining on your own or coming with friends.
Your boutique accommodation is amongst tropical garden with statues, fountains and lotus ponds. Each guest will have her own room, uniquely furnished in Balinese style, with all the modern inclusions you would expect. Experience amazing sunsets, stunning rice field views, delicious buffet breakfasts and enjoy chilling by one of the two stunning swimming pools.
Indulgence and pampering will be the main aim of every day. Yoga classes suited to your experience and needs, massages, pedicures, manicures and facials. Jo and Amanda recommend that no one leave Bali without experiencing at least one 4-hand massage, the ultimate bliss!
The Balinese people are deeply spiritual and their beliefs and practices are part of everything they do. Immerse yourself in Bali’s unique culture during a cooking course that includes a visit to a local food market, walks in the countryside through rice paddies, and an evening of local music and dance. Enjoy some retail therapy with some of the best of Ubud's shopping right at your doorstep.
