Women 40-plus Only

Our tours are designed to welcome women 40 plus. Although there is no upper age limit, there is a certain level of fitness and mobility required. You must be able to manage stairs, uneven footpaths, walking a kilometre or two (maybe even dance) and enjoy basic yoga. There is no need to have any yoga experience as there are low impact and beginner classes are available.

 

Travel Insurance

Ubud Serenity requires that you have Comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover all your travel arrangements. This is the sole responsibility of the traveller. Your insurance protection must include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability insurance. Evidence of such insurances should be produced to Ubud Serenity on request. Please ensure you are given a policy number and your policy includes adequate hospital cover, 24hr emergency contact and assistance during your holiday.

 

Booking Policy

Deposit of $500 is required on booking of any Ubud Serenity tour.

The balance is due at least 3 months before date of the tour commencing.

If you are booking less than 3 months before the date of the tour commencing then full payment is required.

Payment

Once you complete and submit the registration form you will receive an Ubud Serenity welcome letter and further information. In addition you will receive a payment form with bank transfer details. Once you have decided to go ahead with the booking then transfer the $500 deposit (or full payment if booking is within 3 months of travel). Once the payment is received then your place on the tour is confirmed!

 

Cancellation 

If cancelling more than 3 months before commencement of a Ubud Serenity tour you will receive 100% refund less a $200 administration fee.

 

If you cancel less than 3 months and more than 1 month before commencement of a tour , you will receive 100% refund less $500 deposit.

 

If you cancel less than 1 month before commencement of a tour you will receive NO refund. If we are able to fill your place then you may transfer 100% of your payment made to another Ubud Serenity tour, less a $200 administration fee within 12 months of your initial tour commencing.

 

Land Only 

Please note that this tour is LAND ONLY and commences from Denpasar Airport. Airport transfers to and from Denpasar and Ubud are included. Ubud Serenity will need to know the flight number and time of expected arrival to ensure your transfer is booked. We do not accept responsibility for booking your flights or any schedule changes or cancellations from your airline provider.

 

Visa

Please arrange your visa on arrival into Bali.  Please refer to Smart Traveller for the latest information.

Liability
 

Ubud Serenity acts only as an escort for guests and an agent on behalf of, the hotels, transport companies, or owners/contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services (third party supplier), and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contacts and tickets issued by Ubud Serenity are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such third party supplier. Ubud Serenity shall not be liable or responsible for death, injury or inconvenience to any person or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise (including baggage), loss of deposit, or damage (including monetary loss) of any kind resulting from cancellation, or termination whether due to its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any booking of accommodation, transportation or other services, or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, dangers incident to the sea, hijack, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, terrorist activity and its consequences, thefts, pilferage, plague, epidemics, pandemic, infectious disease outbreak or any other public health crisis (including quarantines or other travel or employee restrictions), natural or other disaster (such as volcanic ash or hurricanes or similar event), nuclear incident, fire or bushfires, adverse weather conditions (actual or threatened, including snow and fog), closed or congested airports or ports or other modes of transport, unavoidable technical problems with transport, unforeseen alterations to transport schedules, transportation disruptions or cancellations, domestic and/or international travel restrictions, changes to travel advisories and restrictions, changes to applicable laws and/or other government mandates (including evacuation orders and border closures), and similar events, medical or customs regulations delays or cancellations of, or changes in, itinerary or schedules or overbookings or defaults, or from any causes beyond Ubud Serenity’s control or through the acts of default of the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither Ubud Serenity nor its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes. 

 

Ubud Serenity reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable.
